So below are photos of the outfit I wore to the Barbados Music Awards...and recently I've been really feeling the 'all black' vibe which caused people to ask me if I'm mourning. I've actuallly been told I look goth...It's quite hilarious actually but I love it. However, what really inspired this outfit was my friend's emphasis on the word 'edgy' when she was explaining the dress code for this event to me. I don't think she should have emphasized on it because she created a monster..
This squint I cannot seem to refrain from doing is really getting out of hand.

Wearing my favourite and only bronze cuff bracelet.

I'm wearing a spiked leather jacket from Necessary Clothing, a studded Marilyn Monroe crop top and the bottom half of my graduation dress which I couldn't help but separate from the top piece. The invisible shoes were from an unrecalled store...not like it matters anyway; I mean you can't see them...aha. Hope you enjoyed and credits to photographer Amery Butcher x.

These are pictures from a photoshoot I styled. The model was the beaut Ukweli Asintwea and the photographer was Amery Butcher, coolest photographer ever, lol. Originally these shots were for a job I so badly wanted but that didn't come through due to unreliability, however everything happens for a reason and something better shall come! This shoot was so much fun, we made some good memories that day and good shots.

She's wearing is a leopard print scarf I altered to make into a bandeau top, pink trousers I'd gotten from H&M, jewellery from local store Pulse and her beige pumps.

She's wearing a top I DIY'ed into a halter top, a skirt I made and hand painted, jewellery from Necessary Clothing and heels I'd gotten from Charlotte Russe.

Doing these shots were so much fun so I decided this was my favourite outfit, lol. She's wearing a bra I stylised and a DIY skirt, with a leather jacket I got from Necessary Clothing, Colin Stuart shoes and random jewellery.

She's wearing my same DIY halter top, American Eagle high waisted shorts, stockings we cut to make knee high stockings [a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do man], my spiked H&M heels and more random jewellery.

She's wearing a crotchet lace top from an unrecalled store, her leather tights, random jewellery and heels by Fergie.

The above photo is a grave reminder for me to never take photos at night or to buy a camera!

An outfit I wore on a night out with the girls. I thought the stand out piece of this outfit was the top. It was ridiculously adorable and reminded me of Art Nouveau and so it just had to be worn. It was given to me for Christmas, the pants from H and M, the shoes from a local store and my jewellery was collected randomly.

Art Nouveau is a distinct, extravagant art style firstly done by Alphonse Mucha, a unique artist from Czech Republic. It became very popular among other artists later on and inspired the architecture of many buildings, style of jewellery and even the silhouette and designs of fashion pieces, as seen on my top. It's such a gorgeous art form...
